Light the candle and then the incense and close your eyes. Imagine yourself sitting in the room where your exam or test is taking place. Concentrate on your breathing, and breathe through your stomach rather than your chest.
Imagine you are completely relaxed and able to pass the exam with ease. Imagine you have done this test many times already and you can easily pass it. When you are satisfied, allow the candle to burn until there is 2.5cm (1”) of wax left. Place the remaining wax into the pouch and bring it with you to your exam.
Just before the exam, allow ten minutes to visualize the same images you already created. Tell yourself you have passed the test and you are just going through the steps to gain the piece of paper that says you passed.
